According to the rules:
"Free members must have 5000 cashout points to be able to withdraw. Read here how cashout points works:"
If I deposit min.$5, do I still need to have at least 5000 cashout points before withdraw?

Endymonz, hello
Upgraded members do not need cashout points.
Free members need cashout points.
If you deposit $5 and you are free member,
you still need cashout points because you are a Free member.

If you are standard, need cashout points,
If you are upgraded, you do not need cashout points.
